Requirement for Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management, Telemarketing

We are looking for a candidate for Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management, Telemarketing responsible for serving clients and telemarketing.

What you’ll do:

 Ensure client satisfaction, keeping a close contact with them
 Handle and coordination with creative, Operations and production Team.
 Solicit for additional business after previous sales is concluded.
 Conduct survey on customer satisfaction and hence increase customer delight
level.
 Revenue generation & Project Delivery.
 Maintaining the relationship with the existing clients.
 Onsite supervision on an event .
 Have to make calls to clients Brief them regarding the products Acquisition of Client,
 Having the experience in Cold calling.
